Garage Cleanouts — Get Your Garage Back
Every garage in Albuquerque has the same origin story: one box, "just for now." Three years later the car lives in the driveway.
Most garage cleanouts run $250–$600, depending on how full it is and what's in it. A typical single-car garage of general junk is a quarter to half of our truck. Heavy material — concrete, tile, dirt, shingles — prices differently because trucks hit weight limits before they look full; tell us about heavy stuff and we'll quote it straight.
How a cleanout works
You decide what stays — mark keepers with painter's tape or just point as we go. We sort as we load: donatable goods set aside, metal recycled, junk to a licensed facility. We sweep. You get a broom-clean garage.
The stuff in every garage that needs special handling
Half-used paint cans, old motor oil, pesticides, pool chemicals, and propane tanks cannot legally go to the landfill in a mixed load — no honest hauler can take them. Bernalillo County residents can drop them free at the Household Hazardous Waste Center on Girard NE. We'll gather them in one spot for you and tell you exactly where they go — full list on our disposal guide.
